  • If I can no longer come to the event for personal or professional reasons, can you reimburse me?
    No, in accordance with article L121-20-4 of the Consumer Code, event tickets are not subject to a right of withdrawal. A ticket cannot be refunded, even in the event of loss or theft, nor taken back or exchanged, except in the event of cancellation of the event and a decision to reimburse by the organizer. Resale of a ticket is also prohibited. A valid photo ID may be requested at entry and must match the name on the ticket if it is nominative.
